The Selangor State Treasury commits to:
- To issue General Warrants and Allocation Warrants no later than 31st December.
- The Treasury will provide a review of the MMKN Summary Papers within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the completeness of the information in the relevant MMKN Papers.
- Providing decisions on the reallocation of Management and Development Funds shall not exceed 7 days from the date of receiving the application, subject to the completeness of the application documents.
- Decisions on complete applications for exemptions from current financial regulations will be provided within 7 days from the date of application receipt.
- Accounting for receipt of results within 5 days from date of receipt of the Collector's Statement.
- The issuance of cheques for fully compliant vouchers will be completed within a 5-day timeframe.
- The loan applications submitted by subsidiary companies, statutory bodies, and agencies will undergo thorough processing and evaluation by MMKN within a period of 4 weeks.
- Timely response will be provided to inquiries and observations from the National Audit Department in accordance with the specified timeframe outlined by the National Audit Department or Treasury Instructions.
- We manage monthly payroll payments to State Government employees based on dates set by the Department of National Accountants.
- We will issue replacement cheques within a period of 5 days from the date of receiving a complete application.
- We will process payment vouchers for supplies/services/work payment vouchers within 14 days from the date of receipt of invoices and claims.
- Processing applications for a full refund from the result within 14 days
