Permanent employees of the Selangor State Government, including those holding permanent positions in LPHS and LUAS, are eligible for the housing loan.

Citizens of Malaysia;

The application form should be submitted one year prior to retirement for civil servants under the Pension Scheme, and five years prior to the end of service for civil servants under the EPF Scheme.

Serve for at least 1 year;

Confirmation of employment is required;

The applicant must not be declared bankrupt, involved in any legal penalties or unable to meet financial obligations, and should not be under disciplinary action.

For joint loans with spouses, loan assumption between spouses, and loans with two names in the sales and purchase agreement, a copy of the valid Marriage Certificate or Marriage Registration, recognised by the Head of Department, must be provided.
