PNS Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan is developed to ensure the realization of the State Government's aspirations and policies through efficient and prudent allocation of state revenue. In accordance with the vision and mission of the Selangor State Government, the State Treasury is committed to providing a comprehensive plan that ensures the effective utilisation of the state's revenue for the welfare and prosperity of the people of Selangor. The State Treasury has taken proactive measures to translate this plan into a Strategic Plan for the period 2020 to 2025.
The Organisational Integrity Plan
This Integrity Plan is formulated in line with the expectation that compliance with public administration laws and regulations will be implemented to achieve the five (5) State Treasury's key commitments through strategies and activities to be achieved in period five (5 ) years from now.
Human Resource Strategic Plan
The Strategic Human Resource Plan is established to strengthen human resource management for effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, the Development of this Human Resource Strategic Plan will focus on aligning human resource management with the department's goals and objectives.
